Appointment cancellation policy:

You may cancel your appointment without charge 24h before your appointment. If less than 24h notice is given, we'll do our best to reschedule your appointment with no charge (recurrent cancellations/missing appointments will result in a charge of part or the full amount of the treatment). 

Baby classes/workshops may have a different cancellation policy. If so, more information will be given when booking.

Late arrival policy:

A late arrival will require that the session will finish at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter, so other patients are not affected.
