Pregnancy Massage​

Pregnancy massage is a treatment that focuses on the special needs of the mum-to-be as her body goes through the big changes of pregnancy, which can result in aches, pains and sore muscles, as well as tiredness and stress.

Massage during pregnancy has so many benefits for you (and your baby!) such as enhance the function of muscles and joints, improve circulation and general body tone, as well as relieve mental and physical fatigue.

There are some instances when massage may not be appropriate (particularly in a high-risk pregnancy or with certain health conditions, and during the first trimester of pregnancy), so it is important that you always consult your doctor or midwife first. 

Post Natal Massage

After being a mum it is important to give yourself "me time". 

Massage can help not only get your body flexible, restored and re-energised, ease aches and pains but also increase energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety, relax, balance your moods or prevent Post Natal Depression. 

It is suitable from 2 weeks after birth (6 weeks after a C-section, depending of how the scar is healing. It is recommend to check with your doctor before booking a treatment).
